أَعُوْذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
اَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيْمِ
A'oodhu billaahi minash-Shaytaanir-rajeem
I seek refuge in Allah from Satan the outcast.
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Satan comes to one of you and says, 'Who created so-and-so? 'till he says, 'Who has created your Lord?' So, when he inspires such a question, When he reaches that stage, he should say - (The dua is mentioned above)
آمَنْتُ بِاللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِ
اٰمَنْتُ بِاللّٰهِ وَرُسُلِهٖ
Aamantu billaahi wa Rusulihi
I believe in Allah and His Messenger.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Men will continue to question one another till this is propounded: Allah created all things but who created Allah? He who found himself confronted with such a situation should say: (The dua is Mentioned above)
اَللَّهُ أَحَدٌ، اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ، لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ، وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ
اَللّٰهُ اَحَدٌ اَللّٰهُ الصَّمَدُ لَمْ یَلِدْ وَلَمْ یُوْلَدْ وَلَمْ یَكُنْ لَّهٗ كُفُوًا اَحَدٌ
Allahu 'Ahad. Allahus-Samad. Lam yalid wa lam yoolad. Wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan 'ahad
He is Allah, [who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent.
Abu Hurairah (RA) reported that Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: People will continue to ask one another(questions) till this is pronounced: Allah created all things, but who created Allah ? Whoever comes across anything of that, he should say: (The dua is mentioned above) Then he spit three times on his left side, seeking refuge with Allah from Satan.
