802. Masnoon Dua for Difficulties

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ جَهْدِ الْبَلَاءِ وَدَرَكِ الشَّقَاءِ وَسُوْءِ الْقَضَاءِ وَشَمَاتَةِ الْأَعْدَاءِ

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ جَهْدِ الْبَلَاءِ وَدَرَكِ الشَّقَاءِ وَسُوْءِ الْقَضَاءِ وَشَمَاتَةِ الْاَعْدَاءِ

Allaahumma innee ‘a’oodhu bika min jahdil-balaa’i, wa darakish-shaqaa’i, wa soo’il qadhaa’i, wa shamaatatil-‘a’adaa

Translation

O Allah, I seek refuge with Allah from the difficult moment of a calamity and from being overtaken by destruction and from being destined to an evil end, and from the malicious joy of enemies.

803. Masnoon Dua for Protection from Harm

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، اَللَّهُمَّ آتِ نَفْسِيْ تَقْوَاهَا وَزَكِّهَا أَنْتَ خَيْرُ مَنْ زَكَّاهَا أَنْتَ وَلِيُّهَا وَمَوْلَاهَا، اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لَا يَنْفَعُ وَمِنْ قَلْبٍ لَا يَخْشَعُ وَمِنْ نَفْسٍ لَا تَشْبَعُ وَمِنْ دَعْوَةٍ لَا يُسْتَجَابُ لَهَا.

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، اَللّٰهُمَّ اٰتِ نَفْسِيْ تَقْوَاهَا وَزَكِّهَا اَنْتَ خَيْرُ مَنْ زَّكَّاهَا اَنْتَ وَلِيُّهَا وَمَوْلَاهَا، اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لَّا يَنْفَعُ وَمِنْ قَلْبٍ لَّا يَخْشَعُ وَمِنْ نَفْسٍ لَّا تَشْبَعُ وَمِنْ دَعْوَةٍ لَّا يُسْتَجَابُ لَهَا

Allaahumma innee a‛oodhu bika minal ‛ajzi wal-kasali, wal-jubni wal-bukhli, wal harami wa ‛adhaabil-qabr, Allaahumma aati nafsee taq-waahaa wa zakkihaa anta khairu man zakkaahaa anta wali-yuhaa wa mawlaahaa, Allaahumma inni a‛oodhu bika min ‛ilmin laa yanfa‛u, wa min qalbin laa yakh-sha‛u, wa min nafsin laa tashba‛u, wa min da‛wat-in laa yustajaabu lahaa

Translation

O Allah, I seek refuge with You from weakness, and laziness, cowardice and miserliness, old and infirm age, and the torment of the grave. O Allah, give my soul piety and purify it, for indeed You are the best of those who can purify it, You are it's Guardian and Master. O Allah, I seek refuge with You from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart that does not get humbled [to Allah], from a soul which is never satisfied and from a supplication which does not get answered.

804. Masnoon Dua for Protection from Sudden Punishment

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ وَجَمِيْعِ سَخَطِكَ

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ وَجَمِيْعِ سَخَطِكَ

Allaahumma inni A‛oodhu bika min zawaali ni'matika, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatika, wa fujaa-ati niqmatika, wa jami'i sakhatik

Translation

O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from the withdrawal of your blessing and the change of your protection (from me) and from the sudden your wrath, and from your every displeasure.
