Concession Allowing An Irrevocably-Divorced Woman To Leave Her House During Her 'Iddah

Sunan an-Nasai

Hisham narrated from his father that Fatimah said: "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! My husband has divorced me three times and I am afraid that my house be broken into.' So he told her to move."
