Owner Giving Something Without The Zakah Collector Choosing It
Sunan an-Nasai
أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُسْلِمُ بْنُ ثَفِنَةَ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَلْقَمَةَ، اسْتَعْمَلَ أَبَاهُ عَلَى صَدَقَةِ قَوْمِهِ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ .
Muslim bin Thafinah narrated that: Ibn 'Alqamah appointed his father to collect the Zakah of his people - and he quoted the same Hadith.
