The Protective Jealousy (Ghirah) Of Allah The Most High, And The Prohibition Of Immoral Behavior

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ - عَنِ الْعَلاَءِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْمُؤْمِنُ يَغَارُ وَاللَّهُ أَشَدُّ غَيْرًا " .
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him ) as saying: A believer is self-respecting and Allah is extremely self-respecting.
