The prohibition of selling produce before its goodness appears

Sahih Muslim

حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي، نُعْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ لاَ تَبْتَاعُوا الثِّمَارَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Do not sell the fruits until their good condition becomes evident."
