The Book of Marriage
16/4. Chapter:
The prohibition of being married to a woman and her paternal aunt or maternal aunt at the same time
Sahih Muslim
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ أَرْبَعِ نِسْوَةٍ أَنْ يُجْمَعَ بَيْنَهُنَّ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا وَالْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا .
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported: that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade combining of four women in marriage: a woman with her father's sister, and a woman with her mother's sister.
