Diyah For A Mistaken Killing That Appears Purposeful
Sunan Abi Dawud
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَ مَعْنَاهُ .
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Khalid through the same chain of narrators to the same effect.
