827. Dua for Protection from Evil Character
To protect mind from attracting towards sins, prophet (ﷺ) used to say:
اَللَّهُمَّ اِنِّي اَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ مُنْكَرَاتِ الْاَخْلَاقِ وَالْأَعْمَالِ وَالْأَهْوَاءِ
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ مُنْكَرَاتِ الْاَخْلَاقِ وَالْاَعْمَالِ وَالْاَهْوَاءِ
Allaahumma inni a`udhu bika min munkaraatil-akhlaaqi wal-a`maali wal-ahwaa
Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from evil character, evil actions, and evil desires.
