فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَـٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَـٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَـٰدِرُونَ ٤٠
Saheeh International
So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able
