أَرَءَيْتَ إِن كَانَ عَلَى ٱلْهُدَىٰٓ ١١

Have you seen if he is upon guidance
Tafsir of "Ibn Kathir" (English)
Have you seen if he is on the guidance? meaning, `do you think this man whom you are preventing is upon the straight path in his action, orأَوْ أَمَرَ بِالتَّقْوَى
