إِنَّهُۥ لَقَوْلٌۭ فَصْلٌۭ ١٣

Indeed, the Qur'an is a decisive statement,

Verily, this is the Word that separates.Ibn `Abbas said (Fasl is), "True."Qatadah also said the same.Someone else said, "A just ruling."وَمَا هُوَ بِالْهَزْلِ
