83:29
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا۟ كَانُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ يَضْحَكُونَ ٢٩
Saheeh International
Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.
Tafsir of "Ibn Kathir" (English)
The Wicked Behavior of the Criminals and Their mocking of the Believers Allah says; إِنَّ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا كَانُواْ مِنَ الَّذِينَ امَنُوا يَضْحَكُونَوَإِذَا مَرُّواْ بِهِمْ يَتَغَامَزُونَ
