83:2
ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ٱكْتَالُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ ٢
Saheeh International
Who, when they take a measure from people, take in full.
Tafsir of "Ibn Kathir" (English)
الَّذِينَ إِذَا اكْتَالُواْ عَلَى النَّاسِThose who, when they have to receive by measure from men,meaning, from among the people.يَسْتَوْفُونَdemand full measure,meaning, they take their right by demanding full measure and extra as well.وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمْ أَو وَّزَنُوهُمْ يُخْسِرُونَ
