7:183
وَأُمْلِى لَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّ كَيْدِى مَتِينٌ ١٨٣
Saheeh International
And I will give them time. Indeed, my plan is firm.
Tafsir of "Ibn Kathir" (English)
وَأُمْلِي لَهُمْAnd I respite them,prolong what they are in,إِنَّ كَيْدِي مَتِينٌcertainly My plan is strong (and perfect)
