إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ لَا يَرْجُونَ حِسَابًۭا ٢٧

Indeed, they were not expecting an account

For verily, they used not to look for a reckoning.meaning, they did not believe that there would be an abode in which they would be taken to account.وَكَذَّبُوا بِأيَاتِنَا كِذَّابًا
