68:7
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِٱلْمُهْتَدِينَ ٧
Saheeh International
Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has gone astray from His way, and He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided.
Tafsir of "Ibn Kathir" (English)
Verily, your Lord is the best Knower of him who has gone astray from His path, and He is the best Knower of those who are guided.meaning, `He knows which of the two groups are truly guided among you, and He knows the party that is astray from the truth.
