وَلَا يَسْتَثْنُونَ ١٨
Saheeh International
Without making exception.
Tafsir of "Ibn Kathir" (English)
Without (saying:"If Allah wills.") meaning their vow that they made. Therefore, Allah broke their vow.He then said,فَطَافَ عَلَيْهَا طَايِفٌ مِّن رَّبِّكَ وَهُمْ نَايِمُونَ
