هَذَا مَا تُوعَدُونَ لِكُلِّ أَوَّابٍThis is what you were promised -- (it is) for those returning,means, who go back to Allah in sincere repentance intending not to repeat sin,حَفِيظٍHafiz,who preserve their covenant with Allah and do not break or betray it
