هَـٰذَا بَصَـٰٓئِرُ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًۭى وَرَحْمَةٌۭ لِّقَوْمٍۢ يُوقِنُونَ ٢٠
Saheeh International
This [Qur'an] is enlightenment for mankind and guidance and mercy for a people who are certain [in faith].
Tafsir of "Ibn Kathir" (English)
هَذَا بَصَايِرُ لِلنَّاسِThis is a clear insight and evidence for mankind,in reference to the Qur'an,وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّقَوْمِ يُوقِنُونَand a guidance and a mercy for people who have faith with certainty.
