3:109
وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ ٱلْأُمُورُ ١٠٩
Saheeh International
To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And to Allah will [all] matters be returned.
Tafsir of "Ibn Kathir" (English)
وَلِلّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الَارْضِand to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the Earth,they are all His servants and His property.وَإِلَى اللّهِ تُرْجَعُ الاُمُورُAnd all matters go back to Allah.for His is the decision concerning the affairs of this life and the Hereafter, and His is the Supreme Authority in this life and the Hereafter
