فَٱلزَّٰجِرَٰتِ زَجْرًۭا ٢
Saheeh International
And those who drive [the clouds]
Tafsir of "Ibn Kathir" (English)
By those who drive the clouds in a good way.they are the angels;فَالتَّالِيَاتِ ذِكْرًا
