35:19
وَمَا يَسْتَوِى ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ وَٱلْبَصِيرُ ١٩
Saheeh International
Not equal are the blind and the seeing,
Tafsir of "Ibn Kathir" (English)
The Believer and the Disbeliever are not equal Allah says;وَمَا يَسْتَوِي الاَْعْمَى وَالْبَصِيرُوَلَا الظُّلُمَاتُ وَلَا النُّورُ
