تَنزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِThe revelation of the Book in which there is no doubt,means, there is no doubt whatsoever that it has been revealed.مِن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَfrom the Lord of all that exists. Then Allah tells us about the idolators
