قُلْ سِيرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنظُرُوا۟ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَـٰقِبَةُ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلُ ۚ كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّشْرِكِينَ ٤٢
Say, [O Muhammad], "Travel through the land and observe how was the end of those before. Most of them were associators [of others with Allah ].
قُلْ سِيرُوا فِي الاَْرْضِ فَانظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلُSay:"Travel in the land and see what was the end of those before (you)!"meaning, those who came before you.كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّشْرِكِينَMost of them were idolators.means, so see what happened to them when they rejected the Messengers and were ungrateful for the blessings
