فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ مَن يَأْتِيهِ عَذَابٌۭ يُخْزِيهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيْهِ عَذَابٌۭ مُّقِيمٌ ٣٩
And you are going to know who will get a punishment that will disgrace him [on earth] and upon whom will descend an enduring punishment [in the Hereafter]."
فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَfor your mocking. And you will know,مَن يَأْتِيهِ عَذَابٌ يُخْزِيهِwho it is on whom will come a torment that will cover him with disgrace,This means that it (the torment) will humiliate him in this life.وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيْهِ عَذَابٌ مُّقِيمٌand on whom will fall a lasting torment.that is continuous and everlasting
